Cozy and Relaxing, at home feeling in a residential and friendly neighborhood of shimo-kitazawa(setagaya-ku)
Only 10 mins to busy shibuya YET, the flat immediate surrounding is like a village type atmosphere, peaceful with local shops all around(Fruits & vegetables, fish, bakery, tofu maker, etc...)
PRIVATE fully furnished studio type well equipped, good layout for its compact standard Japanese size(25sq.m), sunny and very quiet, with a balcony facing green view. Has lots of storage so its really good for monthly. Unit bath Shower area is a bit old, and retro style.
Hanegi park is only 5 mins walk away(tennis court, baseball field, running course…indoor pool is also very close too.
Peaceful place.
24 hours Supermarket, convenient stores, banks, japanese izakaya(bistrot) and bars, post office as well as coin laundry, public bath etc…

EXCELLENT LOCATION:
-3mins WALK to higashi-matsubara(250meters)
(your station stop on local inokashira line)
-10 mins to shibuya(Keio inokashira line) 4kms away.
-3 mins train ride to shimo-kitazawa or 15mins walk.
-15 mins to shinjuku(Keio line via meidaemae/1 stop)
-15mins walk to Okinawa town(nice for evening casual dinner)
-20 mins to Kichijoji(Keio inokashira line, great place and where the ghibli museum is)
There is also a bus to great places like Koenji, Asagaya, shin-nakano about 10 minutes walk away.
-10 mins by bicycle to a 50m outdoor swimming pool(summer only)
-10 mins walk to indoor pool (umegaoka public pool for the link).

Not a place for party people as the neighboors are all daytime working people who enjoyed quiet place in the evening.

Great for couple, family but only one double bed size bed.
